3/15/05 - Camp Verde, AZ
I spent the last few days working on a new version of Rental Property Tracker Plus which I released last night. So today we left Mesa and drove to Camp Verde which is near Sedona, a place we have long been in love with.

Tonight we invited our neighbor over for dinner. He is a fairly young single man (somewhat rare in the RV community) and was very nice. We had a good time getting to know one another. He has to leave tomorrow to take care of some family business, so we may never see him again.

3/16/05 - Sedona, AZ
Today we drove to Sedona from the south. We stopped at the visitor center in the Bell Rock Plaza and then had a great time exploring several new age bookstores, rock shops, and of course the beautiful red rocks.

Today we went to Sedona from the west through Cottonwood. We had never come in this way before, and it was beautiful. We drove around the Red Rock Canyon loop and spent the day exploring Oak Creek Crossing and many other natural and man made wonders.

This evening we decided to move to a new RV Park just off Interstate17 called Distant Drums. It is one of the best parks we've stayed in so far.

3/18/05 - Jerome, AZ
We decided to explore Cottonwood and Jerome today. We had visited Jerome years before, and it has not changed much. It is still a falling down ghost town, with a distinct tourist trap atmosphere, founded in 1876 and sitting on the side of a mountain at 5246 ft elevation. There are some nice galleries, restaurants and other shops, but for me, the charm is in the buildings that have either gone to ruins or the ones that are well on their way.

3/20/05 - Sedona, AZ
We went back into Sedona this afternoon to visit some great art galleries, including Exposures. We also got treated to a beautiful clear day and a gorgeous sunset.

Today we drove up into Oak Creek Canyon, just north of Sedona, and wound up in Flagstaff. It was an incredibly beautiful drive.

3/22/05 - Sedona, again (can you tell we love this place)
We took our TrailBlazer to the Chevrolet dealer in Cottonwood today to see if they could fix the driver's seat that stopped moving back and forth quite awhile ago. They poked around a little and then decided they needed to order the entire electric motion assembly. Since they couldn't get it before we were to leave, we left it at that.

Then we went back into Sedona this afternoon to do some shopping and hiking in Boynton Canyon. We had a great dinner at the Javalina Cantina tonight.

3/23/05 - Sedona, one last time
This afternoon we went back into Sedona to take one more look before leaving tomorrow. We had lunch at the Javalina Cantina again and I enjoyed some more art galleries while my wife took the car to do some shopping.
